Karen. The heat is overwhelming and we are not even that hot today. I don't do heat at all. I may hang out in my mother's room, where the air is on. We don't often turn the air on in the rest of the house. I always listen when they say 'conserve energy!' Of course we have fans on.
John is definitely FIVE, and five is our family lucky number, we are so thrilled to have him at that age!! That was a nice thing to do for your friend. I have a bunch of friends from high school that I still see a lot. Funnily enough, I was not that close to them in high school, but we have become close through reunions. I have a handful of friends from back then that I see regularly. Hanging out with my brother, though, is like being back in school. He has so many close friends from back then.
Ane, I looked into the JOVI patches and the reviews were really mixed. Tell us a little more about your experience.
LilyAnn, Hope things start looking up for you soon with your health and the upgrades to the house. I don't remember if I mentioned our last little headache just getting windows. The HOA has claimed that the bathroom window was not there when the building was built, so we have to pay the original cost of the window, the permit fee for the window and a penalty fee, EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE PHOTOGRAPHIC evidence that the windows were there when we bought the place. The penalty fee is $300, the permit is $300 and heaven knows what the original cost is. We are fighting it. I don't hold much hope. We think it will be total between $2000 and $3000 extra.
Rae, It sounds as though you are back in the swing of things with CT and the pups. I am looking forward to seeing all your pages.
Anne-Marie, I will definitely be doing the Art Journaling challenge, and I might catch up with the one I missed

I will work my way through the alphabet and keep the challenge bumped
Sylfie, how are things going? With both the pups and the fella?
