Hi everyone! I see I'm not too late. I've wanted to join but didn't know what I wanted to be motivated about. Now I do! I just started a blog (well, I will publish my first post tomorrow) and need to stay motivated to publish a post once a week. So I guess this is my spot!![]()

Thankyou for sharing your update and looks like you are doing well.
I read some good advice on weight loss recently..... do not keep weighing yourself.... just keep using a tape measure and measure your waist and or hips.
I have updated the chart in the second post and have fixed the dates I had wrong. I also removed December as I feel it will be too busy a month for me to keep up with everyone's happenings.
Next year I will not do a chart but will start a new threat for us to continue to share our journeys to help encourage each other. I know we have the waffling thread for sharing but what I will start is like this one... just a place to be motivated in achieving goals.
