Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE PALAVER!

So, all is going well for the arrival of my cousin. My main problem is that the bed she is supposed to sleep on is a tall air mattress and it appears to have sprung a leak, so I ordered an actual bed, but that is not scheduled to arrive until the day after she does. SO, when I get home from work, I haul the queen size air mattress from storage, hoping that IT has not sprung a leak. I am getting ready to deflate the single bed and I notice that a deflate valve is popped out. Bear in mind that both my daughter AND husband have checked the bed. I pop the valve back in and voila! No more deflated bed. My guess is that daughter Karen popped it out by accident when she was making the bed. I still have the new bed coming, which I did not need to order, but in the long run will be comfier for visitors.

Once all that is sorted, I make the bed, put out fresh towels and get everywhere really nice looking for her. I make dinner for mum and have a cuppa, then head to the shop to get some snacks and drinks for Mary when she gets off the plane. My DIL Hannah does that and it is the BEST thing ever when you get off a long trip.

The airport is about an hour and fifteen minute drive. Once I get to the off ramp that takes you into the airport, though, the traffic begins. It took over 45 minutes for me to get the short distance to the parking garage. By the time I parked, her plane had been landed for 35 minutes. Still, I thought it was probably still just fine because it is in an international flight and she is probably not through immigration and customs. So I go to Terminal 4 to meet her and there is only ONE person waiting in the arrivals area. I check my travel App, it says terminal 4. The arrivals board says terminal 4. I download the American Airlines app, it says terminal 4. I ask an employee in the terminal, he said that it is definitely Terminal 4! The one person there is meeting his mum on the same flight and says it just does not feel right, so he calls his mum and they have landed at the international terminal. So we run over there and he finds his mum waiting outside. I look all over for Mary and cannot see her anywhere. I wait, watching people coming through into the arrivals area. There are tons coming in from South America and Asia, but I am seeing fewer and fewer from London, Heathrow coming through, but I wait. Her plane landed at 9:24, she finally got through at 10:54, an hour and a half later, one of the very last from the plane to come through!

It was not the time, actually, it was more the anxiety of the traffic, being late (I don't like being late!) then being in the wrong terminal and having to park forever away. I am still aggravated that EVERYTHING said the wrong terminal. I am baffled how everyone else meeting people seemed to know where to go when everything CLEARLY said Terminal 4.

Funny side comment, After I picked up Mary, I ran into a coworker there who was meeting his in-laws on the same flight. They came in from India through Heathrow. I did not ask how he knew which terminal to go to. I will today, though.

Another funny side comment, my friend and I were discussing personality types yesterday and one of the types was a 'Questioner,' who deals with everything by asking a million questions. From my husband while I am waiting:

Do you have Mary?
What's wrong"
What time is she expected?
What time does the board say she is arriving?
Do you have the correct flight number?
Have they deboarded?
Did you arrive after she landed?
How long after it landed did you arrive?
So about 10-15 minutes?
Does she only have a carry on?
Are people still walking up the ramp?
How long ago did the guy you were with pick up his mum?
Have you checked the bar?
Do you have an airline customer service number you could call?
What airline is it?
Can you contact American on your phone?
She was absolutely on that flight?
Did she send you her ticked info?
DId she sent a photo of it?
Did the plane arrive at T4 and taxi to Tom Bradley?
Are you at T4 now, or Bradley?

I was laughing when he was texting - I think he is definitely a 'Questioner!'

I loved the Lion King. I am not 100% sure how they got the lions to sing and act so well - or the rest of the animals for that matter. I was very impressed by how hard the animal trainers must have worked to get them to enunciate so well when they were talking.

A talented bunch of animals, I say :)

Hi everyone, sorry I have been MIA for awhile. Yup, been sick again! Was able to join in to a few challenges for DSD and clean the yard yesterday. We are going to have a blizzard in the next 24 hours...SNOW so early is not going to be fun! We did Thanksgiving last weekend as we were going to get away for the weekend on a fun shopping trip south of the border BUT sadly had to cancel. I uess I will work on projects in the house and maybe some scrapping. Hope everyone is well and I will catch up with all the news soon.

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

Glad you finally got her. What a long ordeal though.

Im still not feeling well. But trying to do what I can. I missed my sons pediatrician appointment today, didn’t even realize today was Wednesday nor that their was an appointment today. Alexis is usually good at reminding me, but missed it to.

Ive also forgot to call TELUS and get my mom’s phone changed.

Anaesthesia and pain meds really seem to make my memory worse and my brain injury more pronounced.

I was getting ready to send out the digital troops to find you, Karen :) I had noticed you were missing and was thinking that I needed to go back a little ways through the thread and track down some of our cohorts who seem to be off the radar and make sure all was okay. I do worry when we don't see people for a bit.

Glad you finally got her. What a long ordeal though.

Sherri, I am so sorry you are sick. I did not realize how rough you had it until I read your daughter's blog. I don't know how you cope with everything and hope that you can find hugs and encouragement here.

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

I posted the story of my cousins's arrival earlier - she is settling in well and is enjoying her time so far, short though it has been. Yesterday, my niece called to say she is doing a gender reveal. She is showing signs of gestational diabetes and they had to do some tests, during the course of which, they found out the gender. They decided that if she knew, she might as well tell everyone.

So Madi and Matt brought over a carved pumpkin and a smoke bomb and we went down to the creek by my house and set the pumpkin down by a 500 year old tree and set a smoke bomb alight inside. It was fun, the smoke came out of the pumpkin's eyes and mouth. There was a breeze, so it blew away a little too quickly, but what fun. I plan on scrapping it.

The smoke was blue. My brother is thrilled. He would have loved a boy or a girl, but he is excited to know what he is planning for.

My cousin, Mary, had never even heard of a gender-reveal and was fascinated and very excited to be a part. I took her picture with the kids.

When we got home and the rabble had left, Mary and I did an ancestrydna test for her and I popped it the mail. So few of my family have done this, I don't have tons of close relations on the site. I have been hoping my half-sisters showed up, but no such luck. I have been trying to find them for years. If I ever get wealthy, I will hire a private detective to find them and to find their mother and see if I can get it touch. I will tell the detective to give them the option to contact me. I don't want to force a relationship if they do not want one.

We looked over old photos and listened to her mother narrate stories behind the photos and people. It was lovely. THen we watched my dad telling old stories on video and watched her mum and my dad telling jokes when Mary was last here (in 1995).

It was a very pleasant evening and I have really enjoyed having her with us.

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

I've had a pretty good week so far. It's raining today (and will tomorrow) after a nice dry spell. Temperatures haven't gotten over 80 for about a week. I think we might have an actual fall here! I just got a coupon for Tami Miller Designs for participating in her DSD "game" and I spent it already because the sale is still on. So happy, because I was able to get 3 things and if I'd waited I wold have had to pay, which I can't do right now because my paypal is messed up. Anyway, I'm just sitting here trying to decide what to do with my new kit. :)

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

The day went by quickly. Got some house chores done, had to go to Service Canada to get some forms and correct my social insurance number which apparently has had my name mispelled forever and I never noticed it before. Then off to the casino for a few hrs of fun. Now I'm home, I'll walk Taz, make dinner and settle in for a few shows on the PVR.

Check in with you all in the morning. We'll be leaving tomorrow for our place in WA for 3 days but should have Wifi there (I hope).

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

Hi all. Life is trying to be normal here. Just busy. I have my adorable g'kiddo's a lot and there is a lot of baseball this fall with the 7 year old.
Both are enjoying school.
Husband is medically doing pretty well. The doctors are still pleased with his toes.

I have a new instructor at the gym. Here's hoping the aches I have are doing me some good. LOL.

And I mailed off my passport renewal today! It expires in December, so hoping I timed it ok and we can take another trip.

We had a lot of rain the early part of the week. At least the temperature dropped below 90!

Neat on your cousins visit although that drive to the airport had to be rough.
I like that gender reveal idea. Looking forward to the photos.

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

I've been sick for two weeks and finally feel like doing something. I'm having a problem though. I have Photoshop
Elements 2020 and I can't figure out how to cut out a circle with an inner line and an outer line and it's driving me nuts!

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

Lynnie, Thanks for yuur caring nature! I am glad you had fun with your sister's visit and do hope one day you will connent with other family. Another reveal, waht a unique idea...that smoke bomb sounds cool, I will look forward to the LO's!

Rae, Have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family, a dinner out and movie sounds wonderful. It really is a day to spend with family, being grateful you of all your blessings...turkey optional! Have fun on your WA getaway.

Sherri, So sorry to hear of your ordeal. I pray that you feel better soon!

Ane, Rain seem sto be the norm for the whole country these days. It is true that climate change needs to be addressed! Glad you had time to participate with DSD. I only was able to do a couple of LO's but got the coupon too for Tami's challenge. The word art is awesome and perfect for a page in my geneology book.

Michi, Happy you had lots of time with g'kiddo's...we are missing seeing our one grand-daughter. Since summer when she turned 9 she was allowed la bit more freedom and now all she wants to do is hang out with friends. Looking forward to seeing your pages, I always enjoy them.

Jo-Anne, Nice to see you join in, sorry that you re not well though! I also hope you cna figure our the PS...that's what I want to get so let us know how it's going.

Well now that the worst of the storm is over, hubby shoveled and it is supposed to get warmer this week so it will probably all melt. Sheesh! Finally back on the helathy kick...so feeling slugish and my meds have been changed so getting used to them as well. Since we had to cancel our trip due to the weather we are playing Kinsmen Bingo later today, the jackpot has not been won yet s it will be over $200,000! Dinner with the family tomorrow for Thanksgiving as we had last weekend sicne we planned to get away. Hopefully I will get my shopping trip in before Christmas. Signing off now...have a great day!

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

I posted a macro shot on my FB page and will post more next wk. Anyone who wants to see my photos are welcome to friend me on FB, search for Rae Clevett, otherwise I keep my FB private.

We're heading out in a few hrs, to our trailer in WA til Sunday. I'll bring the camera and maybe get a chance to get some photos over there too. We should have wifi there so will be around. Hope you all are having a great day!

Rae I sent you a friend request. I would love to see your photos.

I had computer MAJOR frustration yesterday. [and today]. Yesterday at the baseball game, son in law asked if I video'd David's big hit. I said yes but at a bad angle. Handed him my iPHONE and all the video did was spin. In fact ALL the videos were spinning... and my photos of him playing catcher were not there.[weird].

Once home I plug my phone into the computer and try to retrieve the photos the way I've been doing it for years. File Explorer> sees my phone > the thing spins...finds the pics and I copy paste to a folder.
NOPE- It can't find my phone. I go to the cloud and the photos are not there. By this time it's panic mode. A thing next to the photos says downloading or uploading I forget which +8,000 photos and videos!

I'm wondering if Sarah did something, as she uses my old phone to play games on while at brother's baseball.

This morning things were still spinning...

Hubby found a different way to get to my cloud. I have my photos PLUS another 50+ selfies of Sarah...

I'm saving his method.

Other things today:
Church > watched the Bucs play awful against the Panthers in England:(:36_11_20::(
Crochet- Getting closer on that huge baseball blanket with mistakes.
and embroidered a T-shirt for my grandson. He wanted a T-shirt with the logo I did for his team [towels] and his number.

Cooking out tonight.

Hoping everyone had a wonderful weekend.
m

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

Michelle - glad you figured out how to to the cloud. I'm not a very techy person and usually have to ask my hubs how to do stuff (except for PS or any scrappy related programs).

Got home from WA this afternoon and am looking forward to a relaxing night with my hubs. We'll watch a few movies later after I walk Taz and make dinner (steak for him and baked sausage and veggies for me). We got back too late to go to the movies with my daughter and GD but that's ok, I'm happy to just hang around the house. Tomorrow we'll go visit Bailey at the care home and take her some pumpkin pie.

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

Hi everyone - it's been a while since I checked in...things are going good here. I had a nerve ablation done on my knee - I'm calling it successful, took away about 80% of my pain. I'm now able to go to the gym & walk again without excruciating pain, so that is good. AND since my gastric surgery, I'm feeling better and am able to eat again - small amounts at a time only, but actual eating!!! Anyway, since losing all my weight with my illness, I need an entire new wardrobe, so am hitting up both Goodwill's in our town every week to see what they have. Shopping is actually fun now LOL.

I have 2 classes left until I finish my Bachelor's degree, so am working hard on finishing that...and am crazily thinking about continuing on for my Masters degree when I'm done. I'm also trying to get back into doing some scrapping - I put the goal of at least 2 pages every week in my planner. I usually get at least 1 done, but am really hoping for 2.

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

Good morning, ladies.

Kim - glad your pain level is much less and contgrats on all the weight loss. I too needed a complete new wardrobe a few yrs ago when I lost 70 lbs. I too haunted all the consignment stores, finding some incredible deals and thankfully saving tons of money by not having to buy everything new. The only thing that still fit were my socks LOL. Even some of my shoes were too loose. I've been able to maintain within a few lbs since then so hopefully never have to go thru that complete wardrobe change again, that was a lot of shopping to replace everything.

Today I'm heading out soon to go visit Bailey at the care home for the afternoon. I'll bring my camera and maybe get a few fall pics along the way. Then home for dinner and PVR watching with hubs. Quiet day here. Maybe scrap a page later.

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

WOW! I get busy for a few days and LOOK AT THE ACTIVITY :) I am so excited. I have read every single post, but don't have time to respond to all about now. I am so delighted that we are all back posting. This is my home in digi-land and knowing what is going on in my friends' lives is a blessing.

Things have been incredibly busy since my cousin arrived, I have not had time to breathe :) YOU DO NOT HAVE TO READ ALL THIS AND COMMENT :) I DO TEND TO USE THIS THREAD AS A REPOSITORY FOR MY PROJECT 52 LAYOUTS, SO THERE ARE ALL KINDS OF THINGS IN HERE THAT MIGHT NOT BE INTERESTING TO ANYONE BUT ME, HAHA!

Wednesday: After dinner with my brother at the pub and the gender reveal with the pumpkin and blue smoke I spoke of in my last post, Mary and I spent the evening going over family memories. I shared my supply of family pictures with her and we played a sound track of her mum telling stories about each picture, who the people were and what was going on in their lives. I have a folder of pictures that are in order, with the voice over. We looked at videos Mary, her mum, my uncle and I had taken during a trip together in 1995 and another video of my dad telling family stories. I have to transcribe that video! The stories are priceless. I also have to find an audio tape I made of her mum telling family stories and digitize that.

Thursday we put Cousin Mary's Ancestry DNA in the mail. It was part of what we wanted to do while she is here. After work, I headed over to a friend's for a few hours. I grubhubbed food home for the rabble and caught up with Friend Pam. We had not seen each other in some weeks and we usually see each other much more often. I did not stay long because I had Cousin Mary at home and wanted to spend lots of time with her. When I got home, we went through many of the things I own that belonged to Mary's mother. When my aunt died, I was the one who spent the time at my uncle's house sorting through the mess and organizing her stuff. I took most of it home with me to America rather than have it get lost (with uncle's permission!). I had been taking things for years (again with his permission) since my aunt was in a home. She had Parkinson's dementia at the end, so was not at home for some years. The end result was that I had all this lovely stuff that her mother had made, along with jewelry and family photographs. Since Mary was her daughter, I felt that she should get whatever of this she wanted, so I brought it all out and let her take the pick of the crop. It was lovely for Mary because she did not have very much that was her mother's. My aunt was a beautiful seamstress. She also used to embroider altar clothes, albs, vestments, etc. for cathedrals. I have a box of exquisite samples. I shared some of the pieces I loved the most with Mary. It was wonderful and I know Mary will treasure them.

Friday I had physical therapy on my ankle, then Mary and I went yarn shopping and grocery shopping and took my mother out to lunch. In the evening, my DIL Nessa's cousin Lilly came over and we made bags, shirts, cosmetic bags and some other things for her wedding. These are bridesmaid gifts and Mother/Mother-in-Law gifts. We had a lovely time, but were up until late. I also spent part of the evening working on a flyer for a friend who is hosting a Beatles night in her home. It features former members of Wings and the Hollies, not to mention some other famous people. I do the flyer every year and get a free ticket. Nanci has a big home!

Saturday I had my Village Memory Makers Scrapbooking and Paper Crafting club. We loaded up tons of paper scrapping equipment, but there were not many people there, so a bit of a waste. One of the people who came was a digi person from my class who needed some personal instruction. I helped him. Mary got some pages done of the ancestry book she started. My friend Wendy came. She is making a scrapbook for her 50th High School Reunion NEXT WEEKEND. She needed to capture pictures from a video (the pictures have gone missing), so I offered to do that. Before you know it, I had offered to make the scrapbook if I could do it digitally. The person who was supposed to do all this for the reunion dropped the ball, so Wendy ended up with it. I was rescuing a rescuer :) After that, Mary, Mum and I went out to lunch and did a bit of shopping. I spent the evening working on Wendy's album.

Sunday was busy. After Church, Mary and I had lunch with a friend of mine from High School. She was actually the younger sister of a friend and I had taken her in to my home because of some family issues when she was young. She grew up, got married and named her daughter after me and made me godmother. Cousin Mary, Friend Char and Goddaughter Lynnette and I had lunch together at Mimi's and it was wonderful. After that, we went to Son Steven and Wife Vanessa's house so Cousin Mary could meet my grandson, Bruce. We ordered in Mexican food, which Mary had never had before and she pronounced it GORGEOUS. Went home and stayed up late finishing Wendy's album.

Monday I took the day off work. I was very tired, and had a bit of a sore throat. I uploaded Wendy's album for printing. It turned out so nicely. I did 63 pages in 2 days. The print lady is working on overnighting it to me. I uploaded Wendy's layouts for printing and went out to lunch with Cousin Mary and Friend Wendy. Mary and I stopped by the T-Shirt place and bought t-shirts and sweat shirts for creative purposes, then went to Hobby Lobby to pick up canvas bags and cosmetic bags and a few other things for creative purposes. Then we went home and creatively purposed them! I have a heat press, so I designed some cute bag prints with their names on and some t-shirt and sweatshirt prints. They turned out really lovely. Mary was delighted.

Today I am work resting :)

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

Goodness, Lynnie, your days would make me tired after noon!

In the throes of a new week here. DD is taking me everywhere and it's kind of nice and kind of scary. It's been a few days since we had a scary moment, so that's good. She's a pretty good driver so far and I don't find much to remind her about, but DH sure does. I make sure I go with her when I can, because she's got anxiety issues and doesn't need the semi-constant criticism from DH. Don't tell him I said that!

Other than that, I'm having a normal week. I even got in a nap today, wonder of all wonders! Just gearing up for the weekend and another band competition. Whew!

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

Hubs and I both have the week off work so I’ve had more time to scrap and putter around the house but also walking Taz more and binge watching shows with hubs. I got out for a few fall photos this afternoon and if the rain stops in the next few days I’ll get down to the lake for some more photos.

I am having a nice relaxing evening tonight - my cousin is off to a friend's for a couple of days so my feet are up.

Glad days are getting easier with DD driving. I went through this with five children and those early days never got easier :)

I need a nap.

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

Wow- Linnie, That was quite a week! What are you making with the yarn? I crochet, but hope to one day 'learn to knit'. My mom and great aunt tried when I was a child. It didn't work.
Yay an Ancestry. I've done. Some wild discoveries! One day, I hope if finds me related to a scrapper I've known online too.

Kim- I'm interested in your knee procedure. I'm avoiding a knee replacement as it is bone on bone. Also as one who has GI issues, I feel for what you are going thru.

Rae- I love your photos!

This week seems like it should be past Wednesday for me. Had the g'kiddo's on Monday. Ended up ill late afternoon and overnight with a GI flare up. No fun. Doing better this morning and was able to make it to grandson's baseball game last evening. The families rotate who brings snacks. Last night was "our" turn. DD and SIL provided sandwich rings, chips, grapes and beverages after the game for all. Grandma contributed by making towels for the team for this fall season. Hoping the photo attaches here. This season the team names a baseball minor team names/farm names. Anyhow, they are the Lake Monsters. Since we live in Florida we sometimes refer to them as the swamp monsters. LOL In their uniforms they look like glow sticks.

Re: Thread: Everyday Chatting & Waffling {2019} Let's get to know each other!

Good morning, ladies....it's a wet one today. Heading to Walmart for a few things but that's about it, other than taking Taz out for his walks. I'll stay indoors and keep warm and cozy. I'm enjoying my wk off work. I'm not looking forward to work again next wk but at least for the rest of the month it's only 2 days/wk but November is going to hit me hard with being back to my regular schedule but....at least it'll be back to a paycheque again too :)

Lynnie - oh yes...wouldn't that be fun to hang out and get out for a hike and photos.

Michelle - Grandma's towels look amazing.

I'm going to scrap a bit, watch a few more shows later. Last night we binge watched the new season so far of NCIS (I think we saw 4). Not sure what we'll watch tonight, maybe FBI and/or Prodigal Son. I love binge watching shows. I'm getting my daughter's Samsung tablet from her today. She's used to an ipad and just can't get used to it. I have a samsung phone so I'll be fine with the tablet. I have my ipad upstairs that I use when watching tv to peruse online so I'll use the samsung downstairs in my office, when I scrap, to watch shows or check pinterest if I don't want to use my laptop. We are definitely a gadget family LOL. Need to figure out dinner too, maybe tacos for hubs and cauli rice with meat/veggies for me. I ate a whole GF pumpkin pie this wk (over 3 days LOL), so it was a great treat but now I need to get back on the low carb train again, it's what my body likes and makes me feel that best. So....indulging is officially over (until the end of the month when I'll eat a big bag of popcorn when we see Malicifient, on my birthday, and of course we'll eat cake).

Quiet day, we've been watching the birds and squirrels coming to the porch to feed. Taz was really excited this morning as he chased a bunny out of the garden. He stayed out there for about 10 minutes, sniffing all over the garden, where I'm sure he could smell the bunny scent.

Hope you all have a great day.

Cousin Mary is making a blanket for my niece's baby right now. She used to make them for cancer patients when she was being treated for breast cancer. She crochets beautifully.

My mother is a knitter - I have a TON of gorgeous clothes she has knitted for me. If ONLY I fit into them these days. I will do a layout one day soon about her beautiful knitwork. She can crochet also, although she swears she cannot. The few things she has make have been extraordinary.

I can do both, but neither of them that well. I can also sew and embroider - again, decently, but I am not outstanding. My aunt did everything.

I have enjoyed ancestry, although I was getting so many messages a day from one lady who was grabbing at names in my tree and thinking we were related through these people, even though no actual connections could be found and we had no DNA in common. I finally asked her to combine everything in a single message each day, but I think she took offense because I got a few messages from her that sounded off and I have not heard since. I was very nice, but I think her feelings were hurt and I am so sorry for that.

Did I mention the scrapper I found that I was related to at my last site? I feel as though I just told the story :) I posted a layout of some people we did not know on their wedding day with a note about the importance of labeling pictures and she contacted me to say she knew them! Her husband and my dad were cousins. Sadly, we lost touch again, which makes me cross because she was lovely.

I hope you are feeling better - your scrapping is wonderful - very CT worthy, but still reflects your everyday life... the BEST type of scrapping. I did not see the picture of the towels, though, not sure why.

Inside and cosy sounds lovely. I am doing that tonight and maybe getting an early night. MAYBE!

I binge watch a lot, usually shows I have seen before because I scrap at the same time. I just finished watching Shakespeare and Hathaway on Britbox. There is only a season and a half and it is fabulous. New episodes are being released each week. I do a lot of British shows over and over. I think I just like the noise and something to keep me amused while I mess around rearranging things on my pages.

Dang, speaking of pie, I had a giant pumpkin pie to bring to work today and I forgot. I could eat a whole one quite easily.
