here is the journaling:
When Son was young, he went to a clown class taught by a woman who did clowning part time. She started a 4H Clown Club and he joined up. They went around to nursing homes, county fairs, festivals, and participated in parades. Since I sewed, I made Laffy (son) and Buttercup’s (daughter) costumes and for any other young clown who needed one. I even got around to making one for myself (Ms. Sew-n-Sew). It was a wonderful experience for everyone involved.
Love this page and love all the clowns! Wonderful photos and journaling and I especially love the title you created in this fun take on the challenge. Also - now I know what 4H stands for (can't believe I never knew this before).

That’s funny! Even though it’s decades later, I still remember the 4H pledge because the kids started every meeting saying the pledge. They had a great time in the club because they would work together to perform skits and magic tricks when they’d visit the different places.
