I am so happy that I will be hosting this year's Inspiration Challenge and I hope you will have a wonderful year!!

This month I hope the theme is - “Summer is here!",

Did everyone start their vacations in June? For me, who lives in the mountainous areas of the plateau, I have hardly ever seen the ocean. I haven't been to the sea either. So I really look forward to being able to play in the sea during the summer. Or lying on the beach. Just thinking about it makes me feel extremely wonderful.
What are everyone's plans for the summer? Have they made preparations to welcome the summer for these plans? Then come and create your own summer time page!

Here are a few things about how I run this challenge.

  1. This year, you need to use at least 80% Gingerscraps products in your layout. The products you use need to be from current GS designers. (they can be retired products but the designer still needs to be active in the shop) .
  2. Also for this challenge, if you use at least 50% CarolW Designs products, you will be entered into a drawing for a $5 coupon. To qualify for the drawing, you need to mention what CarolW Designs products you used, here when you post the layout.
  3. Everyone who does all parts of the challenge, posts their layouts here AND in the challenge gallery, AND gives a short explanation, will be sent a small participation gift, by the 5th of the following month.
  4. Please share your layout in the Inspiration Challenge from Carol and in a reply to this thread by 11:59pm EDT on 6.30.2026.
  5. IMPORTANT- I take the time to come to this thread and comment on every layout. This is where I check to see your layouts and read your comments. So I need you to put your notes about your layout here in this thread when you post your layout. Thank you!
  6. Have Fun~ Remember if you use CarolW Designs Products, I will add your name to the Wheel of Names to spin at the end of the month for a $5 coupon to my store.

OH NO!!!! i feel so bad for you! i cannot live more than an hour from the ocean. i've lived in southern california and now i'm in NJ and the ocean calls me any time of year! truthfully, here in NJ, our shore communities are invaded in the summer so my favorite times are May and September and OF COURSE in the winter! nothing is better than a walk on the boardwalk with bitter wind whipping your face. the ocean is my favorite place to be!
 
I do not live in a coastal area but recently visited, be back soon with my layout. Thank you for the inspiration!
