Thanks for sharing. I never heard of this before. I know about pink salt. I'm not a pineapple fan though.

There's a new store by my house that has a machine to peel and cut your pineapple into chunks for you. I've not tried it yet, but this recipe is just the push I need. I'll save the peel and try this; I'm intrigued! Thanks so much for participating and sharing your recipe card.

what a great idea. My son swears by grilled pineapple on things (which I have never had). This would give you that option even when pineapple is not in season. Great recipe. i am going to send this to my son!
