Dutch Oven Chicken

We usually double this recipe for our family, and we've cooked it both at home in the oven and camping using the Dutch oven with hot charcoal (hubby takes care of that one!). The cook time shown is approximate; check the chicken's temperature to determine when it's done.

Our kids have always liked this dish in combination with our Dutch oven potatoes recipe; a little of this sauce on the potatoes makes them even tastier.

My brother-in-law brought his kids for dinner on one of our camping trips years ago. One of his sons liked this sauce so much, he poured some in a cup and drank it. No matter how much my own kids like this dish and the sauce, the idea of drinking a bunch from a cup still grosses them out!
