This sounds delicious!! I thought at first it was 15lbs of meat and thought the recipe must be fore a VERY large crowd. Then I saw the decimal point Love your recipe card.

This recipe looks and sounds absolutely delish! I'm also willing to bet that it's a great dish to serve on chilly winter days.
Thanks, Jill, for pointing out the decimal point in the quantity of meat AND potatoes to use. My vision has gotten so bad that I probably would have cooked up 15 lbs of each and then had enough to eat all winter. LoL!
