Susan, beyond awesome. Your journaling brings another texture to my eyes - the feel of water dripping down my cheeks. Such a big hug. I can feel those textures and the emotion that goes with them. Lovely, lovely work (as always.)

A heart wrenching and beautiful story. The greys go beautifully w/that rich red. The swirling leaf and photo of you wrapped in that afghan are so perfect. Also love the word art on top of the full afghan shot. bless you, dear!

A beautiful layout about a loved one the story breaks my heart, we are loosing so many people from cancer and so young... I lost a Mother, 2 older sisters and a younger brother from cancer, I also have 2 dear friends fighting brest cancer. And I also lost my youngest daughter and middle grandson in a car accident, it's been 8 years, and the pain still runs deep, my heart goes out to you and your family... HUGS Wonderful layout for week one...

Just Beautiful! ...the story, the layout... You can literally FEEL the love.
I have a scarf a good friend made for me that I wore daily during my treatments. It is a treasure, but it never occurred to me to scrap a page about it! You can bet I will now!
I love the contrast between soft and hard textures, and the red and gray, with the dried leaves/berries...You nailed it!

Beautiful layout, awesome textures, and moving journaling. You are definitely a sweet and loving person.

I'm so sorry for your loss, but I love how you've woven this beautiful story from it. What a tremenous feeling it must be to give a gift of such love and comfort.
Your clustering is beautiful. The colors are just perfect. The fabric trim continues to lend itself to the messaging.

Great layout. I love the way you wrote on the picture of the scarf. The heart journal card is perfect. Love the ribbon textures.
