Tearfully I write this comment - Just wow, your words carry the most power with this one and I just love how you expressed this so eloquently. Having lost two brother myself, I know the pain and hurt..you never expect really to lose a sibling, I think. Parents, yes, in time, but never a sibling. Oh Laramie, to deal with losing a family member at such a young age is so difficult and to have visioned what you would be told just prior to being told is a tough one indeed. In many ways, we all have some psychic abilities to predict.

You also have suffered with the anguish. You know deep down he forgave you for not saying goodbye, after all he was your protector and brother.

Laramie, this is just an amazing page {{{HUGS}}} Wow! Everytime I read it my heart just hurts for you and what you went thru and still go thru. Your brother sounds like such a wonderful sibling and I'm sure you were the apple of his eye! I LOVE, LOVE the concept of using the Peter Pan theme where the boys don't grow up. You placed them perfectly and used colors in your page that translate to the emotions you speak. I want you to know, that NO ONE would ever condemn you for thinking those thoughts when your mom and dad called you, because they are 'kid thoughts'...no matter how old you felt at the time, they are words that don't match action and that is totally a child talking. There is no way a child that hasn't experienced it recently before could understand the "true depth" to the words. You did an amazing tribute to your brother. I would have loved to meet him, as I know he has an amazing sister.
