yes, I think you need to take your own advice, which is often hardest for us--to dish out, but to listen. I always tell my girls to slow down and here I am rushing from one thing to another every day. Getting older is harder and goes by so quickly because we are so busy. You sound like such an amazing person taking care of the grandkids, a mother in law and everything else you do!!
