Clearly my attempts at starting a daily exercise thread failed. So instead, I will ask: what kind of physical activity do you enjoy?
I love running, which would absolutely shock any of my phys ed teachers, since I was always the kid who finished the required laps around the gym dead last. I'm still a very slow runner, but I still run! The half-marathon is my favourite distance (I've done 14 halfs), but I've also done 3 full marathons and lots of shorter distance races. I think I like the half because it demands a lot of you, but it doesn't consume your life, the way marathon training does. Plus, I have lots of endurance, but no speed, so the shorter races just don't do it for me.
I also love teaching fitness classes, but I'm not doing that as much anymore, because, quite frankly, I am tired of the fitness industry, and their focus on unhealthy ideals. I still love to move my body to music (in a step or Zumba class), but I'm disillusioned by the fitness industry.
I do enjoy Pilates, and do a lot of that on my own. I would love to get certified to teach Pilates, but the training is SO expensive.
