I have a template problem....

I think I have a graphics problem
I put all my digital files into special folders
I did a property search & it came back with 235,421 Files in 29,827 folders
That includes all my scrapkits, templates, my own kits from when I sold kits & commercial use resources
I still have quite a few I haven't sorted into folders yet on my desktop around 200 kits & templates & resources oops!

A graphics problem! Oh yeah that's pretty accurate for me too!

Templates are my go to!! I love using them.

What I am finding lately is that I use the templates as a base, and move things around or delete parts of it, flip them around, and make them my own. I find that challenging and fun!!

My favorites hands down are always Dagi's templates!! (Dagilicious)

I started this thread weeks ago and I've finally killed a whole template pack! (killed=used up) Annnnd I discovered that I hadn't counted SEVEN more packs that I got in January in my original post. Yikes!

So here are the LO's I made for my first pack. I wanted to start out with an easy one, so I used one of Lindsay's White Space templates.

Template name- White Space 2 by Lindsay Jane
# of templates in pack- 4
# of LO’s made- 4
Template style- White Space
Would I re-use? Sure, these are super versatile!
Other thoughts- Loved this set. Now I hope she makes more They provide a nice place to rest the eyes among all my floofier pages.

I love this project of yours. Your pages look great! I've thought about doing a similar project with my kits. Some kits I use right away when I buy them. However, during really good sales, I buy so many that I don't use a lot of them right away. Then I buy new stuff...I wonder how many kits I have that I've actually never used?

Thanks! And Yes! I totally understand that cycle! I think I've gotten better about using my kits, but maybe I'm just fooling myself? LOL.

I killed another set! And forgot to post about it! Then more templates flung themselves into my downloads folder and I have NO idea how that happened! Am I a complete failure who lies to herself to justify procuring Tinci's "This Is" template collection every month? Yep. Am I going to do it again in August? Yep. Does anyone else do that? Collect templates because they're part of a monthly collection? (And because you love them of course)

Template style- Cutout? Is that a style?
Other thoughts- I REALLY liked this set. I had to be careful to space them out in my albums because they're so unique and I thought it would look weird if they were close together in my books. Cutouts are something that I could, theoretically do myself, but it's SO much easier if they're already included in a template. I especially loved putting all the little ellies in the cutout holes.

The template killing continues! (and also the template acquisitions) This is WAY harder than I was expecting. I am way too easily seduced by shiny new things.

I've been a digital scrapbooker a long time (14 1/2 years), but I didn't realize until I started sorting recently that I have over 100 GB in digital products! And over 100 template packs by one designer alone. I think I may have a problem.
