Hey Gals - Come Join In on The "GALLERY LOVE TRAIN"

Sorry ladies! I'm one of 4 sponsors taking 15 kids to camp next week and I am crazy busy packing! I did get a few things scrapped to finish up my monthly challenges! Here's one of my favorite new layouts:

And now I'm off to leave love on the one's above me!! :D

I was just in the gallery, looking at some of my older layouts posted there and thinking that it's so sad when a layout has 60 to 100 "views" but only 2 or 3 posts. It makes you wonder if that layout is so terrible that people can't find one good thing to say about it or what??!!? So I came to the forum looking for somewhere to post exactly that question and found this thread. Thank you for starting this up. I'll try to participate, but work is really hectic right now with pretty much mandatory overtime, so I don't know how well I'll do. Even if I can't take the time to post one of mine, I'll really try to comment on the others! Thank you!!! :)

You can enter once a day in the thread if you would like to continue to play. As always, the MORE you comment and spread the love, the more active our thread and our gallery here will be! Let's not just rely on the Sugar Cookies to comment on all of our layouts.

Here's my layout that I want to share today. Now you have seen my Dad in his older days, here he is young and skinny on his honeymoon!! I was playing with blending, artsy, and layers!

My internet connection is NOT cooperating this morning. This where I left off following the links from the start of this post. Tried to post twice on this one. I'll try again later...

Yeah, I know. I try to follow the rule "You click it, you love it! "

I haven't scrapped but one page this week - the one for Survivor, but I'll be better about it this week! Anyone have a layout they want some loving on?

People look through the gallery for different reasons... I think a lot of people are looking for inspiration. A lot of times, people are in a hurry - looking for a little bit of mojo. I like to leave meaningful comments rather than the "great layout" type and sometimes I just don't have the energy to do that. I've thought a "like" button like FB has would be nice, but then you have the same problem...people looking and liking, but not leaving comments.

I like to believe the number of views are a compliment on the LO! :)

Pammy this is a terrific LO. I noticed it in the gallery.

That is very true as well. I think the difference is like knowing someone cares, but having them bring flowers home after a hard day!!!

Back after a long weekend with a even longer car trip included. Whew I'm tired. Lol
Here is one of my lil angler, I love his face and I like the title.

That totally makes sense, Susan. But, I also appreciate texts from people showing they care... I guess we could liken the "view" as a text and the "comment" as flowers :) It's a win-win :kisses

Anyone want to start up the love train again with me???

I have a page that I just think is hilarious and the kit by JB Studios is so pretty - I feel it needs some love!!

Mine goes back to a pretty dark time nearly two years ago. This son of mine was in a very rapid downward spiral into extreme depression and was very suicidal. We have since learned (through 9 months of residential treatment and therapy) that he is bipolar. His extremes were anger and depression...a very dark time for all of us. Happily though, nearly two years later and medication and lots of therapy (for all of us) those days are behind us. They surface from time to time but nothing like it was in this photo. I am so happy to have my REAL boy back. This angry young man was someone I just never knew or understood.

I'll join back up....ommented on those above....

I like this one because of the snow. It's my favorite season, however, this was a LOT of snow. LOL

I will post on yours and Michi's when I get on my computer. For some reason my iPad will not let me log in to the gallery!!

Here is one of mine that I absolutely love. It's about my dad and his love of country music. When he died, a bit of me had trouble listening to anything country for a long time. I still cry if I hear Willie though...he was dad's favourite.

Trying again...anyone want to join the love train??

I don't have any no comment layouts to add...so I found this one to proxy! Go give some love if you have a chance!
