Any Techies out there?? I need some help

Yes I have tried without a P/W as well as a few others I thought it could be, and i get the same command over and over with a request for the P/W
 
I am going to take this to a friend in a while, and see if he can help me. I will keep you posted. Thanks again Melly (((hugs)))
 
It maybe easier for your friend when he can sit "in front" of the problem. Crossing my fingers that he will find the problem!
