Styles Question

I purchased and downloaded a bunch of styles / actions from the store.
I use PSE 6 and windows vista.
They are not installing. I used addomatic to install them.
I checked the folders, they are there, where they are supposed to be.

Are styles from the store not compatible with PSE6? The error message that comes up when I start PSE6 is "could not install the styles / actions because they are not compatible with this version of PSE".

If they are not compatible, can I get a refund or exchange for ones that are????:(
 
They should be. I know with PSE there are certain ways you have install styles. I have to google each and everytime and just follow the walk throughs.
 
Ok, I found the problem. SD_PaintedWood Styles 1, 2 and 3 (all in one set) do not have an .asl file with them. I downloaded them twice, but the folders seem to be missing an .asl file. Is this Snickerdoodle Designs, and how to I contact the designer?
