oooo
I am a quasi foodie and a hit and miss cook, but I looove recipes. I almost never make something more than once so my family knows if they like it, they'd better eat it before it's gone. Which might possibly have resulted in my cousin eating three huge bowls of peach ice cream last Fourth of July, but that's another story.
Then I also go through spells (like the last two days) where lunch is half a can of pringles and a bag of circus peanuts and dinner is ramen. Wait, did I admit that out loud?
I'm going to keep an eye on this thread though. And since I don't want to leave without contributing, I will first say that I do caramel with the old condensed milk overnight in the crock pot thing. It is crazy easy and WORKS.

Also I tried this recipe recently and liked it:
https://spoonuniversity.com/recipe/this-chicken-fajita-salad-will-make-you-want-to-eat-your-veggies
It was not immediately fabulous so I doctored it with the following:
salt
pepper
chili powder
oregano
a good splash of lime juice
THEN it was somewhat fabulous
Happy eating! Er... scrapping! Eating and scrapping! Whatever you're doing that sparks your joy.
