Project Life - Need for 2015

I will be continuing my 7th year doing project life in 2015. I already bought Connie Price's templates to use for 2015 since I noticed my 2014 template had retired.[h=1]Project 2015 January - Stitched Pocket Templates[/h]

I'm looking for a set that has like buttons or tabs something small that I can use with her templates for the year or even journaling cards that have like the week 1 but lots of room for journaling. I tried to message Connie but it did not work.

Can any of the designers create something that says Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, etc. all the way to 52 and please if possible include a 52 plus 1 just in case there's a leap year like 2014!
