This bird and kitty were just too cute not to have a place in our scrapbook - even if they don't quite make the most sense on this particular page. I know my daughter Anna will just love it - she is my kitty girl!

Journaling: Now that I am successfully on the other side of my cancer battle and finally one year cancer free it is time for me to keep looking forward and not as much in the past. Yes, the past has changed me and helped mold me into the new person I am today. I know my strengths, weaknesses, limits, and resilience. I appreciate the little things in life not just where I want my life to be. Everything happens for a reason and I truly believe that beating cancer changed me for the better.
