Making Paper

I think I am ready to begin my exploration into the world of becoming a designer. I know nothing about it, so I definitely am starting at the beginning. I have picked up a few CU things, but I want to learn how to make paper. I have seen a few YouTube videos out there on how to make your own paper, but I'm sure there are better ideas out there, I'm just not finding them. Does anyone have any ideas? Any direction they can point me or good tutorials they know? I'd love the help! Thank you!!

I think it depends on your style. What type of paper do you want to make. Solid papers are easiest with texture. Remember, all papers need texture.
Another easier type paper (which I don't make enough of) is grungy papers. Here you just layer textures and patterns.
I usually make papers with a repeated pattern. There are tutorials out there for this.
Also, there are a lot of CU textures and patterned papers than you can get (many are free) to get you started.

Lynn, Snicker Doodles has some great CU paper textures and other great products.
I have this set and it is great and if you do to where this is in the store ( image is linked ) you will see a link to a video.
