long shot - anyone use ACDSee for editing photos?

hi,
Does anyone here use ACDSee for editing photos? I am wanting to "add" a white bottom border (like an old poloraid photo). I'm doing this to heritage photos that I have scanned so I can add names directly to the bottom of the photo.
And nothing like waiting till the last minute - I'm getting together with my cousin this weekend to scan photos.
you can private message if you want.

Man, I literally removed it a few weeks ago to open up space on my computer. I was going to go try editing, so sorry, I'm less than helpful at the moment. LOL. Did you see if there were any youtube videos?

Thanks for your response. I've tried finding video's. I can do a straight border, and I can add text to the photo. But there is supposed to be away to adjust the border size so it is larger on the bottom. I know it can be done, because I did it in an earlier version several years ago. I used ACDSee for all my digikit organizing, but the editing photos is so new to me in using edit mode, manage mode, develop....then there are the actions, batch edit all work a little different depending on which mode you are in.
