Just some plain old white paper....

I would be your very best friend if some designer would do us up a pack of plain white cardstock. With a smidge of texture. We've had a whole conversation about how lots of us super love just some plain old cardstock to use for backgrounds.

And yes I should definitely do Courtney's suggestion and just pull out some favorites into a folder and use those.

And maybe Jan can teach us how to make our own.

But in the meantime.....

And shoutout to the designers out there, doing the hard work and making us some plain old cardstock to go along with your beautiful patterns. I'm sure it's boring, but we love you for it. Seriously. :kisses

I like a lightly textured paper too. A plain cardstock with a low opacity stamp overtop can create a nice pattern with just a hint of color. I love working with stamps. Aimee, Carol, Neia and Dani all create fantastic stamps that work for this purpose. Of course, having a paper ready-to-use is easier.

From my past designer experience I can tell you that makin white and black paper is the hardest to get texture on. I had to build up layers to get it to look right.
