The shadows on the pockets of snow are so fascinating to me!
This is Abraham Lake in Alberta, Canada, and the pockets of snow are where the bubbles popped in a recent warm up and left divots in the ice, then the ice refroze. As the pockets filled with snow I loved the way the shadows looked so amazingly blue.
