ISO: Certificate/Award kits or templates

I'm looking to create my own Leader Recognition Certificate for Cub Scouts and possibly a Top Seller Certificate for Cub Scouts for those who sold the most popcorn. I recently had an EHD die on me and I had a lot of scout kits and similar items saved so now I have to start all over.

I have found an award ribbon like template at another store but would rather shop Gingerscraps.
 
Yay for Scouts and the popcorn!

My suggestion is to look in microsoft office for many award templates and then select the text, and insert colors from a kit. Add elements.
North meets South had a fabulous Scouting kit that I about wore out on my older grandson. [that was a collab between Connie Prince and Trixie Scraps- if still gone from the store, it needs a rebirth, my opinion........] a page combined with Leaving a Legacy Summertime on the Boardwalk.
