I'm a Big Brother/ Big Sister Kit

I know there is pregnancy kits out there but most of them focus on the first baby. It would be a cute idea to make one themed on the soon to be big sisters and brothers.
 
Ummm I know one of the designers used to have something like this...but that was eons ago! I just tried searching for it and couldn't find it so maybe it retired!

Maybe Jennifer will tackle this ;)
