how to upload to several categories

I would appreciate some help/guidelines for uploading one layout to a designers gallery AND the challenge gallery.
Example I just uploaded a layout to Neia Scraps, which uploaded the layout to her gallery and automatically uploaded it to my gallery. I went back in and edited it to copy it to challenges 2023 My Memories hosted by Neia Scraps.
If I search Galleries: Neia Scraps and the challenge gallery it only shows up in Neia Scraps Gallery. If I click on it in Neia Scraps gallery under the additional categories it says 2023 challenges My Memories and click link and it shows, BUT if I go on the top menu bar Gallery>Search>2023 Challenges>My Memories it does Not show up.
Last month I tried a couple of things and I ended up with duplicate layouts showing in my gallery.

Debra, when you upload in the gallery - click on upload photo - in that top box you choose the challenge - choose file and upload the image - type in title - click upload/submit.
Next page opens and you will see the box where you can share your image in another place where you can choose the designer. It is also on this page you share your credits.
