I nominate Jill. I just love this page it is so sunny and bright. I like the placement of the sun in the top corner and the banner in the opposite corner. There is wonderful shadowing on the page. I also really love how the pictures seem to be bursting out of their frames. The cluster in the corner is also a great addition.
