*Bakers' Best 2025 Guidelines*

Hello scrapper!
Just updating the guidelines for nominating Layouts (LOs) for Bakers’ Best. There are no changes to the rules this year, but we’ve noticed that some nominations don’t follow the guidelines. Please take a moment to read through the details carefully:

📝 Nomination Guidelines​

  • ANYONE can nominate a page. You can be a team member, a designer or any member of the community, if you see a gallery standout, feel free to post a nomination!
  • Only nominate ONE scrapper per week.
    We know it’s tough, there are so many beautiful layouts in the gallery! But limiting nominations helps keep the poll manageable.
  • Include the NAME of the scrapper in your post.
    Make it stand out! Use BIG TEXT and RED COLOR if possible.
    This helps prevent duplicate nominations. If a scrapper is nominated more than once, only the first nomination will be included in the poll.
    ➤ Please check previous nominations to avoid repeats.
  • Provide a link to the layout (LO) in the gallery. Please embed the “Gallery BB Code” link to the LO in the gallery. Otherwise, we have to go searching for it to add it to the poll, which is time consuming. COPY AND PASTE the GALLERY BB code into your nomination post.

  • Please try to refrain from nominating pages by designers and GingerScraps CT members.
    While their work is beautiful, they are not eligible for the prize. We want to shine a spotlight on other community scrappers.
  • Only nominate layouts using products from GingerScraps designers.
    We love seeing all your creations, but only layouts made with GS products will qualify for Layout of the Week (LOTW).

Happy May, GS family!

Just an FYI that Karen Diamond will be taking over for me with the BB and LOTW threads going forward. After many years, I needed to step down, and Karen is stepping up. Thank you so much, Karen!
 
Thank you for your contribution over the years Lori, you've done a great job. You were doing the job when I arrived here and I dont know for how long before that, so congrats on a long term job done well.
