Hi everyone! these are the books we will be reading during August, thanks everyone for voting!

The night we met by Abby Jimenez (goodreads description)
It's a contemporary romance book.

Yesteryear by Caro Claire Burke (goodreads description)
It's a fiction, that includes mystery and suspense.

The incredible Winston Browne by Sean Dietrich (goodreads description)
It's a historical fiction, southern, mystery.

This time we have different genres. I have read two of them, but I plan to read them again, so I'll be reading them all along with you. We will discuss the books all month long.
Just to recap, we'll be reading books that you all choose through a vote from 11th to 17th, we will follow this outline, for a better organization, and to give a chance to everyone to get the books on time.
Please continue suggesting books you'd like us to read together IN THIS THREAD, all genres are welcome, and you can add as many as you like!

I probably will be skipping this month. The Abby Jimenez book has a 3-month hold, Yesteryear has a 5-month hold, and Winston Browne is only available as an audio book - I prefer to read book club books so I can go back if needed. I hope to read Winter Garden, which I missed a few months ago.
 
The Abby Jimenez book has an 11 week hold at my library too. But I still put myself in the queue because more often than not, a books comes available much sooner then they predict.
However, I saw that it was book 2 in a series, so I was able to get the first book with no wait. :)

Yesteryear was on a special for $3.49 on Chirp (an audiobook app) so I grabbed that, I'm excited about that one! I feel like EVERYONE is reading it right now! All the book accounts I follow are talking about it too :)

I hope you enjoy Winter Garden <3 I didn't read that one yet, but I heard it was a good book!

@GingerScraps - I put myself in the queue as well, because books have become available sooner -- hoping this is one of them. I need to look up book 1. I had told myself that I wanted to read her books starting with her first one, but I've yet to begin because other good books keep coming up, especially in my book clubs! 😂 I've read several Kristin Hannah books, including The Nightingale - very popular book - 4.6 stars with 2.3 million ratings! After I read it, I read her first two or maybe three books - all really good. So I have high hopes for Winter Garden. Yesteryear is in Amazon's top 20 books so far this year.
