April 2026 - Winter Bluejays

I am featuring my new WINTER BLUEJAYS COLLECTION. I am a bird watcher and we have a 5 acre property covered in trees. I love making kits about birds. Individual pieces of the collection are on sale through April 5th, 30% off; the bundle is 50% off for the entire month. (you may certainly use the coupons from March on the purchase for April)

Page Creation Prompt(s):
  • Create a page about Bluejays or similar birds.
  • Create a page about bird watching or bird feeders.
  • Create a page about "end of winter" using (any or all) of the colors of this collection: blues: from sky to navy, golds: from butter to true gold, olive green, brown, and greys from dove to charcoal.
For this challenge create a page using any of the the scrapbooking prompt(s) above, suggested by the featured collection. You may use any GingerScraps designers' kits.

BONUS COUPONS: (These are not "stacking" coupons, you will earn only one.)
  • All participants, regardless of GS designer used, will receive a $2 coupon to be used on orders of $7 or more in my store.
  • All participants who use an ADB Designs kit/collection will receive a $4 coupon to be used on orders of $7 or more, in my store.
  • All participants who use the ADB Designs featured kit/collection: Winter Bluejays, will be entered into a drawing for an opportunity to win a $10 coupon to my store.
  • Freebies/gifts may be used in layouts, but those layouts are excluded from consideration for coupons.

Please be sure to post your layout here in this thread AND (1) in my "Documenting Your Life Challenge Gallery" or (2) in your Designers Gallery, etc. [as long as we are unable to post in multiple galleries.] Please be sure to credit the designer and their product(s) as well. Please link to your layout to the Gallery it is in (wherever it may be-LOL).

I will announce the winner of the random drawing in this thread on the first day of the new month & then close the thread.

I will send PM (private message) via the forum to participants with coupon information after the April Fool 60% off sale. Be sure and look for it.

We don't have blue jays in Australia, but we do have fairy wrens which have lovely blue feathers.
The painting by Natalie Jane Parker also features the native lilly pilly with its edible pink berries.

With me being a bird lover, I did enjoy this challenge, thankyou. The colours in the Winter Bluejays kit worked great with my photo which I took this week.
