So, I had just started this, at the behest of several of my fellow cookies, when I was rear-ended by a driver who ended up being charged with careless driving, and I suffered a severe concussion. After months of needing to stay off the computer, I'm allowed back, in limited chunks of time.

If there is any interest in such a thread, I'm happy to run it again. :) I'm a certified group fitness instructor and a registered dietitian. While I can't provide any specific fitness or dietary advice (you would have to be a client in order for me to do so), I certainly have a lot of general knowledge I can share without violating my profession's standards.

So, anyone interested?

always interested in improving my health. I was just given a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia and one of the first things that she mentioned was losing some weight and getting more sleep. Don't really know much about getting more sleep, kind of hard with insomnia lol and I'm willing to take a sleeping aid at the moment. Thanks for being willing to share your knowledge!!

I need to get more motivated, that's for sure. I injured my arm back in November and it is recovering slowly. It needs exercise, as does the rest of my lazy butt body. Not to mention a little encouragement to stop eating sweets and start eating good for me things (which I really love, it is not that I don't like to eat them, I just like sweets more!)

Always interested, great you are back my dear. Take care :kisses

i am interested. I was forced into major lifestyle and dietary changes a few years ago. While I try, each day is another battle trying to maintain all the dietary restrictions and trying to stay motivated with the exercising. Sometimes I think that encouragement is the most important part of staying focused.
