Ancient Egypt / Rome /Greece

I second kits like this! I have so many museum-type pics that are not kid-centric. Seriously, if you search for "museum" most of them are dinosaur kits (although there are a couple out there, I have used them all LOL!)! And art museums are a problem too - all so crayon and paint focused. I have tons and tons of pics from museums, galleries, archaeological sites, etc and I struggle with finding kits all the time! I would love to see some more adult-geared kits for these types of events and travels!

I have so many photos of ancient Egypt, Rome, and Greece, that it would be amazing to have a serious, historical kit, to scrap all those photos with. Even a general “ancient civilizations” or “archaeology” kit (aimed for adults, not children) would be amazing.

I know there are general travel kits out there I can use, but it would be SO amazing to have something dedicated to the ancient civilizations. I could then scrap about how entranced I was (at least according to my husband) when I first set eyes on the gold funerary mask of King Tutankhamen when I saw it at the museum in Cairo. Or the incredible experience of visiting the tombs in the Valley of the Kings. Or seeing the great temple of Ramses the Great at Aswan, or seeing the temple of Hatshepsut, the first female pharaoh. Etc.

We just came back from Italy...there are a few Italy kits in the store, but we also went to the Vatican Museum, lots of artwork and sculptures..no dinosaurs, lol. Thanks!
 
I hear you. We went on a European trip and saw all the ancient ruins, but no kits were available. I found a few at other sites, but they are long out of business as this was 2010. I'll keep my eye out as I always do!
 
I will set out my plea for kits like this as well. Rachel of Seatrout Scraps used to design here and she had an archaeology kit that would have been great for this.
 
I do lots and lots of heritage kits and the museum slant is a perfect fit. watch for the more from me in the future.
 
We had a 2 week vacation in Italy this past summer. I'm almost done scrapping it!..woohoo! The only ancient site we visited was the Colosseum. I wish we had a chance to visit more. I used the MSG kit quite often in our book.
