Yummm Pavlova!

This is a firm favourite at Christmas time, at least for those that aren't diabetic (lucky things!) A pavlova is mostly sugar and egg whites whipped together and cooked in the oven. Then covered with cream and fruit and whatever else you like. Decadent!
