Yes to Retirement

Journaling reads:
I have worked my whole life since I was eighteen. I had a short break when I lived in Hawaii, but other than that, for over forty five years I have got up each workday and gone to work. I have worked as a secretary, as an office manager, as a computer programmer and an IT manager
You look so excited to be retiring...practically jumping from the frame:)...love that extraction and the torn paper...love love torn paper...I am so impressed with the list of credits as well and the attention to detail in the embellishment work is awesome. Love the big title, love it all!!!

Congratulations! Hope your retirement is all you dreamt it to be! :) Wonderful journaling, beautiful clustering and wonderful newsprint titlework! The torn paper edges and lace trim add a special touch! TFS!

Good on you, Lynnie! Congrats on your retirement. Beautiful page, I love the extracted photo of you (you always look so good on photos). Wonderful clustering and paper choice. I love the torn edges.

Absolutely love your extraction and clusters. Good luck and congrats on your retirement!

Wow! That's a big decision. I just don't like to get up too early! I will be 65 in July. I think I'll work as long they'll have me. BUT I am super blessed to only work part time, as I have been doing since I got married 30 something years ago. I work 20 hrs a week, split btw 4 days, M, T, Th + F. So it's always either a Monday or Friday to me. I love it. Plus my job and co-workers are great. Love that newsprint alpha, torn edges, awesome extraction, and great subtitle clustering. On to the next adventure!! Imua!

I had to laugh at the fact that you said that work interferes with your social life. It must be a great thought to think that you will no longer have to be a slave to the clock.

You look so freaking happy with that decision. Love every little bit of this layout especiallty your smile.

Great extraction Lynnie. I love that you said YES to retriement, congrats! I love all the mixture of kits you used and blended together so well!
