Why I didnt make it to Woodstock

I so enjoyed reading your journaling...what a fun and adventurous time you had, even if you didn't get to Woodstock, but then who knew what Woodstock would become. love the poster with jimi dominating. Can't wait for the next installment....

You and a few thousand others never made it to Woodstock! Me included. What a great story and I love the touch of flowers and leaves highlighting the poster.

Sad that you missed Woodstock but hey girl - what wonderful adventures you had - just amazing! The 60's were a wonderful time and I know that every generations says that theirs was the best - I don't believe that you can top the 60's though. It was an age of great adventures, where many of us were able to test the boundries safely, where often the talk was just that - the talk LOL! It was an age of innocence still, where we were cocooned still in a safe environment - yep hitchiking got you to the place you wanted to go, and not to a misadventure or an early grave. I was not as adventurous as you and I loved reading your story. It may not be of Woodstock but it is still pretty darn amazing!
