Nice wish list!! I hope you get better living accomodations... I know how tough it is to get roomy homes in Europe! When we lived in Switzerland we had a 4 bedroom terrace house and people there thought it was huge (It was small for our standards! LOL!!). And the condo in Florida... that would be ideal!!
