One of the things we did was to take Scott to a different garden center to see if there were any different plants he would like to add to his indoor garden. We got a couple Lavender, one for inside and one for outside. He also found some Tiny Baby Tears. Then we went to get soil and pots. I know he loves cactus, so I put one I liked in the cart for him. He, of course, saw it and asked if I was taking it home. (Ya sure, me keeping a plant alive from Wisconsin to Florida wasn’t going to happen.) I told him it was for him, and he said there was one he liked better, a Spiral Cactus. When we went to get it, he lifted the cactus and saw the price and placed it back on the shelf then he went to look at the pots. I had Grayson put it in the cart. He asked several times if I was sure. I didn’t think the price was bad for a cactus and told him I was sure. It’s wonderful to see he has grown to a young man that thinks of others as well as himself.
