I spent the day at Steven's today. Even though my days are changing and I won't spend as many Mondays there, today Steven needed me. Scarlett spent the day entertaining me. She was playing with Bruce and when I went in to tell Bruce that school was beginning in 10 minutes, she said "He NOT does start school!" I said, "You are very bossy!" She stomped her food and said "I NOT!!" I never get tired of it. She also continued the "You not sad, you happy!" all day. When I got home, Rand and I watched "Reagan" with Dennis Quaid. It was pretty good.

Today was a busy DBE day. I made a really tasty blueberry smoothie for breakfast, then had the June Faire Wrap Up Meeting with the British Home. I worked on an email with some ideas after that, then started up the Zoom for the Regents' Roundtable. We discussed the earlier meeting, and came up with some ideas to help the June Faire be even more successful next year. Following that, I sent the email I had been working on. In the afternoon, Rand and I watched LeeLee Sobieski's "Joan of Arc." It is a really powerful movie.

Today, I picked up the cutout of King Charles and Queen Camilla from Pauline's. After I went over to Glynis's house to digitize pictures for use in a video for the DBE meeting on Tuesday. Glynis will talk about nursing in the British Army. Following that, I came home, made a salad with salmon salad and Rand and I watched "The Terminal List." I got to bed pretty late.

I got to Steven's really early. Steven and Nessa both got up pretty late and so did the kids. It was a pretty eventless day. Bruce did school right away and worked on his writing, then did art. We watched Paddington Bear and Small Soldiers in the evening. I got to bed much earlier than usual. I was exhausted.

I slept over nine hours. The internet was out at Steven's today. It was out all morning and poor Steven was working on a hotspot. Bruce worked on reading and writing. He read a book to Scarlett without even being asked to. When the internet finally came on and I told him we needed to do online school, he just said "can we do it in five minutes?" Scarlett was also a little treasure. When I got cross with her about something and I said if she did not do as she was told, she would have to sit in her room for a little while. She looked at me and said "You not mad, you happy, Nana!" Steven got off work at 4:45 and I headed home. I made egg salad sandwiches and a salad for dinner and we watched the Terminal List. We are planning on going to church tomorrow. I haven't been going, so I am looking forward to it. I have missed it.

I had so much to do today and got very little done. I had intended to take Mark his glasses, but I just didn't have any energy. I spent most of the day scrapping and then Rand and I went to the 5:00 service at church. It has been way too long and I have missed it. I haven't been reading my Bible and I haven't been going to church. I was much happier when I had a consistent faith life. I was also happier when I walked every day and when I slept early. It all seems to have fallen by the wayside. We finished up watching Washington with Barry Bostwick. It was really good. We have only just seen it, but it seemed as though we should watch it again for July 4th. I stayed up way too late scrapping.

I had thought I would go to see Mark today, but the eyeglass place was closed. I spent the day sorting out scrapping kits, photographs and scrapping. I am being so lazy lately. I need to get back into a good routine. We started watching Centennial with Richard Chamberlin and Robert Conrad. It is such a good series.

Thankyou for sharing your journaling. You certainly live an active life. Scarlett looks like she has a strong sweet personality. Nice placement of the photos among the daily journaling. Lovely small flower clusters.

I'm exhausted just reading this! The way you set it up looks like a page of newsprint, fun! I love hearing about your adventures in tutu land! They're so cute.

Wow I also am exhausted having just vicariously walked through your week with you!!! Lazy you say???I say NOT!!! Little Scarlett is so cute and the things little kids say are just so precious!! I love that these treasured moments are being recorded for posterity. A beautifully set out page, Lynnie, so pleasing to the eye, loving the tiny photos and tiny element work, the string looks amazing.

I can see why you needed the lazy days after the busy week that you had. This is such a wonderful page about your week.
