Journaling reads:

This week was all about DBE Officer training. I had to prepare all the materials, remind people about the food, make sure all the PowerPoints were finished, and prepare the gate list. I made some lovely training books and then decided to make tote bags, with notebooks and pens. I was really pleased with how it all turned out. The training was on Saturday and went really well. It is too bad more people were not there, but ah, well. After the meeting was over, I sent pictures to DBE World and posted them on Facebook.

On Tuesday, we had the birthday lunch. After the lunch, Gina and Lois came over and we watched Wicked. On Sunday, I wrapped up the State Minutes, worked on Social Media, and sent some DBE Marketing emails.

Of course, I had three days watching the grandchildren! That was the best part of my week. I am lucky I have them to uplift the week when the work gets too much. Bruce is still playing Spirit Halloween. He pretends to write about the characters, and does pretend writing.
