Our second week at Ngwenya we stayed in Chalet 110 very high up with a beautiful view of the river. We were thrilled to see a spectacled weaver obviously looking for a site for a nest in a tree very close to our balcony. Each day I went out to watch + photograph progress. Sadly, leaving

So lovely! The combo of the large circles with the smaller shots is magic. I like the rounded edges of those images, too.

Amazing series of photos. I especially like those of the bird jsut sitting in the partial framing of the nest and checking out the neighborhood. The off centering of the circle photo and its mat is a sharp looking design technique.
