We Were Here

Journalling - We stayed a couple of nights at Tcharkuldu Rock free campground. We’d previously visited but had only spent a couple of hours there. This time because we were staying two nights we were able to explore the area more thoroughly. Tcharkuldu Rock is a massive outcrop of boulders & tafoni. During early settlement, Tcharkuldu was a major suppier of Minnipa’s water via an extensive gutter network & a 750 kilolitre dam. An old Shepherd’s Hut has also been restored.
