Whilst we do not celebrate Halloween down here in Australia ourselves, it does seem to becoming more and more popular, which is a bit weird in itself, lol

Ooh, love the harlequin patterned background paper. Interesting that it not celebrated in Australia. Love the witches feet in the corner and the BOO sinking into the abyss. How clever. The spill of "potion" (I assume it's potion, is a fun touch. The witch looks like she's off to scare some hapless child . . . . or grownup !

I love the harlequin paper and the vellum you placed over it partly. Very nice clustering!
Halloween is not celebrated in South Africa or by us either. Although it does seem that it is starting to take off here.
