Tree Peony Festival

Aren't peonies natural's work of art. They bloom and bloom so big and gorgeous. We have several in our front yard and drivers often slow down to gander at them. AND they are perennials that will bloom every year. Thank you, Mother Nature.
And thank you for showing them off so beautifully in your layout. LOVE the variety of colors you framed on the side!

Oh so pretty!!!! I grew up with peonies and I just love them, but I've never known there was a festival! We have tulip festivals in my neck of the woods. What a great idea!

Linwood Gardens in Western New York (near Buffalo) hosts a public show each Sping in May. Just happened to see an advertisement when visiting relatives in Rochester. We all went ... sil Pat goes back each year to photograph them. (when she isn't chasing birds with her camera!)
