I definitely knew what I was going to scrap reading the journaling challenge was about weather! I used a kit from Buzzbee Scraps called "Rain Clouds".

Fantastic layout depicting the flooding. Your torn papers are excellent choice to show off the photo. Glad the water didn't get to your house.

Oh my! Hope you were high and dry. The black paper and torn edges add to the drama of your large photo. What an amazing page. My photos of our own spring rains just didn't capture the vibe. You did, incredibly. tfs
