I think that all of us that are dealing with fibromyalgia can empathize with this layout! I like the colors you used and love the horizontal composition of your page. I hope the little sprig of green leaves is a symbol of continuing hope in your life, and I wish you more good days than bad ones.

Oh, I'm so sorry for your pain! I have a friend that deals with fibromyalgia and I can't imagine dealing with that. The colors of your layout is beautiful. The pop of green is gorgeous.
