Thanks, Jill. The photo treatment is using a preset artistic filter (right column second from top, using original photo colors) on a 2020 version of PSE. If you know how I can tell the specific name of the artistic filter, please tell me and I will provide it. The filter sort of blurred and blocked a little and I turned that effect down to 80%. I then duplicated the mask and in that one I filled the identical photo but that one had a black and white photocopy filter applied. I reduced the opacity of that top layer to 65%.
