- JOURNALING: We attended the Saturday matinee performance of this fun musical put on by the Short North Stage at the Garden Theatre. Cast was wonderful and the singing great. Several members of the audience went on stage to play some of the spelling contestants. I can’t remember the word, but one lady correctly spelled the word she was suppose to miss, much to the delight of the audience. The “Bee” moderator looked a little surprised but quickly offered her another VERY LONG word that she got wrong!
