Great use of the different pattern papers in the strips and matting with the journaling tucked in behind the picture.

I was told at a leadership course that often the people we admire, have very close to the same personality traits we have - if we recognized them and let them come out. :) You may be closer to being like your daughter than you realize if you let yourself be! Beautiful page and fantastic picture! I like the coloring of the photo to go with your paper choices. Wonderful layering of everything! Super work with the journaling and with this challenge! Lovely use of purple .... nice use of straight lines except for the one circle peeking out... Great use of different patterns... sweet journaling
