Gorgeous layout for a gorgeous picture, love that blue is the main color, perfect for a surfing theme. Great paper choices and nice stacks. I really like how you created the waves at the left side and used the waves patterned. Nice use of the turtle element, fasteners and word art as the title work, beautifully done!
