One of the first things Nishant told me about when I first met him back in 2000, was the stars. I was quite impressed as he pointed out various constellations and told me about them. He was quite knowledgeable. Little by little he taught me to love the stars too.

When he left South Africa, he bought me a telescope and a book on stars and planets, which I still have today.

I was an avid star gazer for many years. I would download the skymaps every month and spend hours enjoying the night sky. I loved identifying the stars and constellations, looking forward to the latest phenomenon and zooming in as much as I could. I particularly enjoyed looking at the moon, Jupiter and Saturn.
Fast forward about 25 years, on a beautifully clear evening, I surprised my hubby by pointing out some constellations. He didn't believe me and wouldn't rest untill he downloaded an app to check if what I had said was right. I was!! It felt really good to be right and to know that while I may be rusty, I hadn't forgotten it all
